Vacancy: Quantity Surveyor

Role: Quantity Surveyor

Date: Monday 10 September
Location: Glasgow

We are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join our team at the Glasgow office. You will be required to hold an RICS accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying – or similar- and either already be Chartered with the RICS or almost chartered.

You must be computer literate and have good client facing skills. You will be required to have a good understanding of procurement methods and experience of working on a range of projects.

The main tasks will be : Cost Estimating, Managing Tender Processes, Valuations, Variations, Cost Reporting, Cost Control and be able to advise on contracts/warranties etc. You should be able to run, manage and report on your own projects.

Package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
