Safety is critical across all our projects, and continuous training plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards on every site we operate.
As part of this ongoing commitment, we recently welcomed Peoples Safety to our South Clyde site to deliver a dedicated Net Rescue Workshop focused on best practice and emergency preparedness when working at height.
The session incorporated a specialist video presentation from Rob Harris of FASET, alongside a comprehensive PowerPoint workshop developed and delivered by Craig and John from Peoples Safety. The combination of industry expertise and practical guidance ensured the training was both engaging and directly relevant to site operations.
The workshop was very well received by:
- Our Site Safety Team
- Project Site Managers
- Three roofing gangs recently brought on board
Bringing together site management, safety professionals and roofing operatives for collaborative training strengthens awareness, reinforces procedures and ensures everyone is aligned on rescue protocols. Preparedness is essential when working at height, and proactive training like this supports both compliance and confidence on site.
We would like to thank Peoples Safety, Craig and John for delivering such an informative and well-received session.
By investing in practical, scenario-based training, we continue to prioritise the wellbeing of everyone working across our projects.
