Proud to “Give an F” for SBH Scotland!

As long-standing supporters of Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus (SBH) Scotland, the Curtis Moore team are delighted to have been part of the Ladies Who Give an F lunch 2018, which raised over £17k!

Curtis Moore were main sponsors of the event, which was held at the Radisson Blue in Glasgow on Sunday 3rd June and featured a whole host of entertainment and fundraising events hosted by TV interior designer John Amabile.

The F stands for Fundraising in the Ladies Who Give an F* lunch, which was created as part of SBH Scotland’s Honorary Patron Gordon Ramsay’s appeal. There was certainly plenty of fundraising on the day as attendees managed to raise a whopping £17,000 for the charity. Entertainment on the day came from Glasgow-based illusionist Chris De Rosa, and Britain’s Got Talent’s, Edward Reid.

In addition to being long-standing supporters of the charity, and main sponsor of the event, Curtis Moore also sponsored the Rox in a Box prize event on the day. Ladies at the lunch were invited to purchase a Rox Box, like a raffle ticket, for the chance to win diamond jewellery from the award-winning British luxury jeweller.

Curtis Moore have donated to SBH Scotland for around 15 years, and regularly support the annual ladies lunch, which is now in its 12th year. We are delighted to see so much money raised for the specialist charity, which supports children, young people and families affected by spina bifida or hydrocephalus across the country.

Deborah Roe, fundraising director at SBH Scotland said: “Each year, we are overwhelmed by the support we receive and are very grateful to all the ladies who helped us raise such a fantastic amount of money.”
