Curtis Moore was delighted to be awarded the contract for the re-roofing of the Glasgow Science Centre. Following the failure of certain components of the existing roof, Curtis Moore was appointed to strip the roof back to the galvanised tray substrate then replace it with insulation, galvanised flat sheet, new weathering membrane and Rimex Stainless steel shingles.
Following completion of the project, Curtis Moore picked up the best ‘fully supported metal’ award at the 2022 NFRC Awards ceremony. This was fantastic recognition for what was a complex project on an iconic Glasgow building.
