Work is progressing nicely on the Crewe Lifestyle Centre project which Curtis Moore began towards the end of last year.
Our directors visited the site yesterday as the next stage of work began with the the ICOPAL adhered membrane being applied to the roof system of the swimming pool.
Our Operations Director Alex Miller is seen here putting in a bit of elbow grease applying the vapour control layer (VCL) adhesive, observed by our Contracts Manager James Keery.
The team are pleased at how well the work is progressing considering the weather and the strict temperature controls that we have to observe when installing these systems at this time of year. Being a swimming pool environment below the roof, the membrane has to be an adhered system to ensure the longevity and performance of the system under such harsh internal environments.
Cladding works to the side elevations are scheduled to start first week in March, with the other roof areas following on from that.
We will keep you updated on the project progress again soon!
