NFRC Scottish Roofing Contractor of the Year Awards 2014, sponsored by SIG, took place on the 24th October at the Trades Hall in Glasgow and 10 of our staff attended.
Curtis Moore were nominated for an award under the best vertical cladding/rainscreen category for the work we carried out on Haymarket Train Station in Edinburgh and much to our delight, we won!
It means a great deal as this was a particularly challenging project that we are all very proud of and it’s great to receive such glowing recognition from our much respected peers.
Judges commented on our work saying that: “This project had it all, projections, interfaces and detailing. A complex array of facades and shapes clad in an operational city centre rail environment made this project stand out, Excellent job.”
The Awards were presented to the winners by TV Presenter, Kaye Adams and 10 of the Curtis Moore team who attended the event had a great time, it’s always nice to be able to celebrate all the hard work and effort put in by the entire staff team, and of course everybody enjoys a free 3 course lunch!
