Last Friday, there was a double celebration at Curtis Moore, as we celebrated our Employee(s) of the Quarter along with Angela’s 30th birthday! Happy birthday Angela, we hope you had a great day!

This incentive scheme, introduced over a year ago, is designed to not only motivate our team but to recognise their hard work and on-going efforts.

This quarter’s winners, as voted by our staff, were the birthday girl, Quantity Surveyor, Angela Morton and Andrew “Crow” Crozier, who started out as a sub contractor but who is now employed as our company driver.

Angela, who has worked with us for a year and a half, was recognised for her ability to deal with a lot of new suppliers yet continues to remain efficient and consistent.  She also regularly assists other members of the team.

Also awarded Employee of the Quarter, Andrew known as “Crow” always goes above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our clients. Andrew has worked with us for three years now and is very accommodating and always willing to help others.

Both winners this quarter are extremely committed to their work and constantly dedicate their time to meeting and exceeding the needs of the customer. We’d like to say a massive thank you to both our winners and our entire team for their hard work this quarter and providing extraordinary customer service to our loyal clients.

As always, the prize for both winners is a weekend in Europe for 2, including flights, transfers and accommodation. Our winners are yet to decide where they will be travelling to but Angela is deciding between Dublin and Majorca, while Andrew who doesn’t own a passport and doesn’t ever intend on getting one is deciding between the Lake District and Jersey!

We hope both winners have a great time when they decide on a destination! We were delighted to award these prizes to Angela and Andrew and are now looking forward to next quarter!
