Last week, members of our team had the privilege of taking part in the Beatson Cancer Charity Ambassadors Golf Day at the stunning Loch Lomond Golf Club. This annual event brings together businesses, supporters, and ambassadors to raise vital funds for the Beatson Cancer Charity – an organisation that provides specialist care, support services, and funding to enhance the treatment and wellbeing of those affected by cancer.
Our company is especially proud to support the Beatson through our Group Financial Director, Yvonne Devlin, who is an ambassador for the charity.
On the day, our team of four enjoyed a fantastic round of golf while helping raise money for such an important cause. We are delighted to share that our team were crowned the winning team of the event! A special congratulations also goes to John Ballantyne, who won the prize for Nearest the Pin.
The golf day was a huge success, raising an incredible £25,000 to support cancer patients and their families. This remarkable achievement was only possible thanks to the generosity of everyone who contributed and attended.
We would like to thank the Beatson Cancer Charity for hosting such a memorable day, as well as all the ambassadors, businesses, and participants who made it possible. It was an honour to be part of such an impactful event – and to support the Beatson’s mission of being there alongside thousands of people throughout their cancer journey.
