We are delighted to announce the promotion of our Andy Kelly to the position of Contracts Manager within the company.
Andy has been with the business since 2005, when he started as part of a sub-contract labour only gang. Shortly after, Andy took the plunge to leave self-employment, and took up an offer of full time employment with the business. Andy headed a directly employed labour gang with the company for several years, and worked on many projects throughout the UK.
It was during this time that the potential in Andy’s people skills were recognised, and he was approached in 2010 to determine if he wanted to make the next step in to site management. Andy grasped the opportunity and moved to the role of Site Supervisor where he carried out the role for several years and in 2015 was promoted to Site Manager.
In the last five years Andy has been managing multi million projects across the UK, working away from home, and his efforts have been greatly appreciated by the company, particularly when during this period he got married and the family has grown with two new editions.
Andy’s development within the business is testimony to his personality, ability, knowledge of the industry and a general ‘can do’ attitude. Andy comes from a traditional Cladding Background and was the ‘baby’ of a sheeting family of brothers whom our CEO Andrew Devlin worked with over a period spanning 40 years. The Directors at Curtis Moore wish Andy the very best in his new role and thank him for his loyalty and commitment through the years.
