Re-roofing of the Anchor Centre

We’re delighted to have been contracted by Renfrewshire Council to carry out the replacement of the existing roof on the Anchor Centre in Paisley.

The Anchor Centre is part of Renfrewshire Council’s Learning Disability Service. The centre caters for adults with profound and complex learning disabilities.

The scope of work includes the roof finishes with standing seam roof sheeting complete with renewal of rainwater goods, roof lights, flashings, valley gutters, fascia, verge and soffit linings.

We’re pleased to be working with Renfrewshire Council yet again and we’re delighted to help improve such a fantastic and much needed facility for the Paisley community.

The Anchor Centre provides a service for 53 people on a daily basis. It offers a wide range of activities that are designed to meet individual needs.

Centre facilities include:

6 Units consisting of main area, kitchen, sensory room, activity room and bathrooms
Hydrotherapy pool
Soft Play
Sensory room
Main hall
Meeting rooms

Work has begun on site with and is expected to be completed around the middle of November.
