Curtis Moore Ltd is a family run business established in 2000 by Andrew Devlin, a quantity surveyor by profession and his wife Yvonne Devlin, chartered accountant.
From humble beginnings round the kitchen table, progressing to the garden shed, then finally into their own state-of- the-art premises in Hillington Industrial Estate Glasgow, the company and the team are immensely proud of what they have achieved in just 15 years.
Managing Director, Andrew Devlin has over 30 years experience in the roofing industry, building up strong relationships with clients and suppliers, securing major contracts and employing a very successful management team, allowing the company to grow from strength to strength each year.
Expansion and growth is very much part of our plans; we already have regional offices in the North of Scotland and in West Yorkshire, and further ambitions to open in other key areas throughout the UK.
The company is unique in it’s offering of a full service approach; the breadth of talent and knowledge of the management team enables us to manage any project from inception to completion.

Project specific information can be implemented and exchanged in standard formats to suit the requirements of the employers Common Data Environment, and our on-going internal quality management system.
We will implement the mandated BIM requirements as appropriate, and discuss further adoption of any other processes where we can identify management, quality, or productivity advantages.
Software & Staff Experience:-
Our design department currently run Autodesk Revit LT to investigate and utilise the architects / engineers 3D models for our own production work, supported by Tekla Bimsight and Autodesk Navisworks software for dissemination of 3rd party model information, mostly structural steelwork packages.
At present Autocad LT is used for most of the 2D design and draughting as required, with dwg. files inserted into copy of the Revit model along with all associated references and families for the roofing / cladding aspects, giving a highly detailed perspective of the contract whilst still remaining a ‘usable’ Revit- based model drawing within reasonable computer memory limits.
All Curtis Moore design staff have completed Autodesk certified Revit training courses, these also are on-going and our design team have a range of collective experience of BIM implementation gained across the construction industry.
