New Build

A significant proportion of Curtis Moore's activities are within the new build roof and wall cladding section of the industry. Over the years, Curtis Moore has been involved in many projects for new build in both Industrial and Commercial developments.

Our scope of works has involved working as specialist sub - contractor to major builders and developers. We have also on occasions worked directly with Clients and Architects whereby we operated as Main Contractor, utilising the services of specialist sub-contractors.

Within our remit is the design of cladding details and construction methods. This service is available whereby contractor design is a requirement of the contract.

Roofing and Cladding materials have developed significantly in recent years, and Curtis Moore have installed many of the leading manufacturers systems comprising the following types of cladding material:

	Site assembled built up systems
	Composite Panel roof and wall cladding systems
	Standing seam roofing systems
	Architectural wall cladding systems
	Rainscreen flat panel wall systems
	Cassette panel wall systems

As part of our design service, we are often involved at the early stages of a project with the Architects and engineers. During these meetings, we present ideas and samples of cladding materials for the purposes of discussion and specification development.

Having our own in-house AutoCad drawing office, we have the facility to design and develop construction plans and details for all the cladding elements of the project. This facility allows efficient communication of the relevant information to all parties concerned with the project.
